Our products are dispatched from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure prompt delivery, changes or cancellations need to be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, requests after this period cannot be accommodated. However, you can return your order for a full refund once you have received it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed from our warehouse from Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, especially during busy periods like holidays and sales. Orders are shipped the day after they are processed. We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to the high demand, please expect your order to arrive within 2-4 weeks.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after being shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. For credit and debit card payments, the refund will be sent to your bank within 7-10 business days of us receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your bank or credit card provider for information on when the credit will appear in your account. If the refund is delayed, contact your bank or card provider to check the status.
